Stock availability

We have lots of stock and regular deliveries. Ongoing production or shipping may be impacted by global issues beyond our control and cause a bit of a wait for some items. If you want an item but it is shown as sold, out use our 'back in stock' alert feature to get a notification as soon as we receive fresh supplies. There's nothing to pay and no obligation to buy the item! If you are coming for a product demonstration we advise you to phone 01386 830396 to check availabilty before travelling. 

Deliveries

Despite Covid-19 our delivery department is working normally while doing everything we can to ensure the continued sanitization of our products and facilities. However delivery companies are experiencing unprecidented levels of demand and this may effect the time it takes for your order to arrive. We are currently asking that you allow from 5 up to 14 days to receive your order but most orders are arriving in good time. We apologise in advanced for any delays and we appreciate your patience.

Shop visitors

Our team is committed to staying healthy, and helping our customers stay healthy, too.  All visitors will be asked to wear a facemask (free at the door) before entering and to stay 2m apart during their visit. If you are coming for a product demonstration we advise you to phone 01386 830396 to check availabilty before travelling. We are supporting the NHS COVID19 Test & Trace App and you can check in via our QR code as you enter the shop. 

Classes

We are not taking bookings for classes at the moment as all classes have been cancelled until further notice. We would like to thank all of our customers for your understanding, patience and support during this difficult time.
