Shop & stay a while day 15th August 2020

FibreHut had a SHOP & STAY A WHILE DAY on Saturday 15th August in the Cadbury Courtyard at Blackminster business park near Evesham! Despite the threat of rain it stayed fine all day! Lots of people turned up for Gai's weaving demonstartion, to join Keeley's needle felting table and to to sit and spin on their own spinning wheels. The fibrehut shop was open for some much needed retail therapy (social distancing rules applied). There was lots of rummaging in our popular top ends and scraps bin which was freshly stocked and brimming with gorgeous mixed fibre...

We thought we should dress up our little herdy for Christmas so Kim has made him a lovely little santas hat and a cute little winter scarf to keep him warm. The hat was needle felted using merino combed top and the scarf was woven on an Ashford inklette loom...
