Shop visitors

We will be continuing to ask that all shop visitors wear a face mask. Check our retail shop opening hours before travelling. Other days and times are available by pre-booked appointment. This will be especially useful for our classes, click and collect, product demonstrations, Ashford wheel servicing, product assembly & waxing.

Classes

Our popular classes are now back up and running after a long covid break. Learn from scratch or brush up your technique. Spinning, weaving, needle felting dyeing, carding and felting. (See classes)

*A suitable face mask must be worn during the lesson. Our tutors have had all of their covid vaccinations.

Mail order service

We are operating a full UK mail order service and our packing department is working safely and responsibly. There are currently no serious delays and our average delivery time is 5 to 10 days.

Stock availability

Items shown on this website are in stock and ready to ship or collect from our Evesham shop.  For sold out items use our 'GET A RE-STOCK ALERT' feature.

There are still stock shortages of Ashford products from New Zealand. This is caused by port delays and high demand.

Pre ordering

We DO NOT take pre orders as this often leads to extremely long waits or disappointment as it is impossible to say when or even if stock will be available.
