Shipment processing time
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (Mon to Fri excluding holidays). Please allow an additional 2-4 days in transit for delivery. At busy times shipments can take longer but if there is likely to be a significant delay, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Delivery times
We use Royal Mail 48 or Parcelforce 48. Both services have tracking numbers and proof of delivery. Please allow up to 10 days to receive your order.

- £3.85 UK: medium parcel / up to £100.00
- £6.95 UK: large parcel / up to £200.00
- £12.95 UK: heavy parcel / over £200.00

Local delivery
We offer free contactless delivery within a 10 mile radius of Blackminster (minimum order £25).
Collect in store
Choose your goods and pay online then come and collect from our retail shop in Evesham when you are ready. We are open Wed and Fri from 10am to 4pm and Sat 11am to 2pm. You can also collect on other days/times by appointment.
