Shipping policy

Postage & packing is applied per transaction. You will always get to see the the full amount before you pay at checkout. Free collection also available from WR11 7AQ by appointment.

UK Flat rate: £4.45

When making small purchases, you have the option to pop a couple more items in your basket to get better value for money from our flat rate postage fee.

UK Parcelforce: £12.95

For mostly longer, heavy and high value items items such as wheels, looms, stands - parcels over 60cm in length, or where postage insurance is required.

Track your order here - This service is provided by the carrier and cannot be guaranteed. All times are estimated and under normal circumstances.

Handling & delivery times

Unless quoted differently on the product page, we try to work to the following timescales. We may need more time during peak periods or holidays. If your order is time critical, please order earlier.

• To pick, wrap & dispatch - 2 to 4 working days
• Delivery by Royal Mail or Parcel force - 2 to 5 working days 
• By working days we mean Monday to Friday (excluding holidays)

Overseas

Unfortunately we do not ship overseas, nor to the Isle of Man or the Channel Islands. This is due to high postage costs, shipping delays & losses, plus excessive time spent on customs & tax administration.
