What we charge...
- Flat Rate UK: £4.50 (single order value up to £300)
- Bulky Item UK: £15.00 (single order value over £300)
- Free collection by appointment from WR11 7AQ
For small or single items - pop a couple more items in your basket to get better value for money from postage costs.
Order tracking...
*Tracking is provided by the carrier and is subject to availability. Carrier performance cannot be guaranteed. All times are estimated and under normal circumstances.
Delivery time...
Although we cannot guarantee delivery dates, we work to the following timescale. We aim to pick, wrap & dispatch orders within 2 to 4 working days. It should then take a further 2 to 5 working days for delivery by Royal Mail or Parcel force. By working days we mean Monday to Friday (excluding holidays). Please allow more time if your order is time critical and during peak periods.
Overseas...
Unfortunately we do not ship overseas, nor to the Isle of Man or the Channel Islands. This is due to high postage costs, shipping delays & losses, plus excessive time spent on customs & tax administration.
