Shipping policy

Postage & packing fees apply per transaction with the full amount being shown at checkout. Free collection from WR11 7AQ also available (by appointment).

UK Flat Rate: £4.45

For small or single items - pop a couple more items in your basket to get better value for money from postage costs.

UK Heavy Item: £12.95

For mostly larger or heavy items such as wheels, looms, stands and parcels over 60cm in length.

Estimated handling & delivery times

We work to the following timescales unless quoted differently on the product page. Please allow more time if your order is time critical, especially during peak periods and holidays.

  • To pick, wrap & dispatch - 2 to 4 working days
  • Delivery by Royal Mail or Parcel force - 2 to 5 working days 
  • By working days we mean Monday to Friday (excluding holidays)


Tracking...

Tracking services are provided by the carrier and are subject to availability. Their performance cannot be guaranteed and all times are estimated and under normal circumstances.

Overseas...

Unfortunately we do not ship overseas, nor to the Isle of Man or the Channel Islands. This is due to high postage costs, shipping delays & losses, plus excessive time spent on customs & tax administration.
