Sit, spin, weave & chat

Come & enjoy a few hours of hand spinning or weaving in the company of friendly like minded people

We meet on the 2nd and 4th Saturdays of every month at Badsey Remembrance Hall, Horsebridge Avenue, Badsey, Evesham WR11 7XD. (See Google map)

Booking is not required and you can attend just the once or become a regular. Just turn up with your spinning wheel, drop spindle, weaving loom or hand spun knitting and enjoy the company and experience of friendly, like minded people.

You'll be surprised at just how much you can learn by watching and chatting with others of all ability levels. Our style is always pretty laid back and casual and new faces are always made welcome... we'd love to see you there!

£3.50 attendance fee...

Please pop your attendance fee (£3.50 per person) in the honesty box provided when you arrive and help yourself to change from the box if you need it. Your contribution helps us with the cost of hiring the hall. 

Location...

We have now made Badsey Remembrance Hall our regular venue at Horsebridge Avenue, Badsey, Evesham WR11 7XD. (See Google map) This is a lovely venue just outside of Evesham. It has loads of space, plenty of parking and a kitchen so if you want to bring your own refreshments or snacks or make yourself a cuppa you can do so. There are plenty of chairs and tables available for you to set yourself up in a cosy spinners circle or setup tables for that super long warping project that you can't fit in at home!

We do not normally have a pre-arranged agenda and in any case, you are always free to spend your time with us as you wish. Please set yourself up when you arrive - and tidy away when you leave.
