Returns & refunds policy
Unwanted goods...
If you change your mind and want to cancel an "online" order, you may do so up to 14 days after receiving your goods. Please keep the packaging and contact us straight away.
Goods will be checked on return prior to any refund being issued. The refund can be refused (or a deduction can be made) if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling the goods more than was necessary, or as a result of damage during return postage. The extent to which you can handle the goods is the same as it would be if you were assessing them in a shop.
Refunding the cost of delivery...
The customer must cover the cost of returning the goods. We will refund the basic delivery cost of getting the goods to you in the first place, but not the cost of returning the goods to us.
Damaged or faulty goods...
If you receive an item that you believe to be damaged or faulty please keep the packaging and contact us straight away.
Exemptions...
There are some circumstances where the Consumer Contracts Regulations won’t give you a right to cancel eg: tailor-made or personalised items, or goods that have been mixed inseparably with other items after delivery.
Product Guarantee...
In the event there is a fault in the manufacturing of any part of a product, we will replace that part if claimed within 12 months from the date of purchase. Contact us first to discuss the problem.
