Our best selling Niddy Noddy! The Ashford niddy noddy is made from turned Silver Beech hard wood and will make a 1.5m (5ft) yarn skein or hank. The specially shaped crossbars allow the skein (hank) of yarn to slide off easily when made. It is easy to dismantle for storage or transportation.

A niddy-noddy is used to make skeins from yarn. It consists of a central bar with crossbars at each end offset from each other by 90°. Either one of the crossbars will have a flat edge to allow the skein to slide off, or will be completely removable.
