We've been making, selling and teaching on these drop spindles since 2013. They are made by us for balance and ease of use. A great choice whether you're just starting out or already an experienced spinner - no expensive spinning wheel required. The spindle is spun to add twist to the wool fibres which are then drafted and wound onto the shaft
