Can I send it directly as a gift?

Yes — when you’re buying, tick “I want to send this as a gift” and add the recipient’s email, name, message, and optional send date. Otherwise, you can forward the voucher email yourself. 

Where can the voucher be used?

The code can be spent on any goods or classes offered by Fibrehut, including products and lessons. At checkout, enter the voucher code in the gift card or gift voucher field. Shopify gift cards can be used across multiple transactions until the balance runs out and can be combined with other gift cards or discount codes. 

Can the voucher be partially used?

Yes — you can spend part of the voucher and keep the remainder for future orders as long as there’s balance left. 

Does it expire?

Fibrehut gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from issue. 

Is there any processing fee?

There are no additional processing fees on the gift voucher. 

Can I get cash back instead?

No cash back is given for unused balances — it must be spent on Fibrehut goods or classes.
