Can I send it directly as a gift?

Yes — simply choose to send it to the recipient’s email address. You can add a message if you like and even choose the date you'd like it sent on. 

Where can the voucher be used?

The code can be spent on any goods or classes offered by Fibrehut. At checkout, enter the voucher code in the gift card or gift voucher field. Can be used across multiple transactions until the balance runs out and can be combined with other gift cards or discount codes. 

Can the voucher be partially used?

Yes — you can spend part of the voucher and keep the remainder for future orders as long as there’s balance left. 

Does it expire?

Fibrehut gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from issue. 

Is there any processing fee?

There are no additional processing fees on the gift voucher. 

Can I get cash back instead?

No cash back is given for unused balances — it must be spent on Fibrehut goods or classes.
