Dye easily with this simple all-in-one dye. 25 colours to get creative with. Attractive pastel fashion shades specially formulated for an all-in-one effect on animal fibres such as wool, alpaca, silk & feathers. The addition of chemicals to the dye bath is not normally necessary. Easy to use on the hob or in the microwave using creative techniques including 1 pot, rainbow, Ikat, tie & space dyeing.
- 10g packet
- Use 2 to 3g of dye per 100g of fibre
- or 200ml to 300ml of a 1% stock
- Fix with heat (citric acid not required)

*The actual quantities of dye required will depend on the dry weight of the fibre and the shade strength required. Dye stock can be stored for later use.

Easy Fibre Dyes are suitable for dyeing all protein(animal) fibres such as wool, alpaca, feathers, silk & also nylon (as long as is it really IS nylon!)
What WON'T it dye?
What WON'T it dye?
Not suitable for plant (vegetable) fibres such as cotton, hemp, flax, bamboo, and not acrylics and most other man made fibres.

Safety in use
Although no chemical is entirely free from hazard, these dyes will present very low risk to health providing that a good standard of hygiene is observed in their storage & use.
- Take precautions to avoid accidental ingestion, inhalation and skin or eye contact.
- Wear surgical type gloves.
- A full front apron or lab coat is recommended.
- Wear safety spectacles.
- Avoid skin contact - wash off with cold water.
- If dispensing large amounts a face make should be worn.
