PRESTO rigid heddle loom

The Kromski Presto rigid heddle loom comes everything needed to start weaving including a skein of hand dyed, superwash merino yarn and instructions to complete your first scarf project. It gets our vote as the best choice complete weaving loom kit!

This loom is available in warping widths of 25cm (10") and 40cm (16") and comes in unfinished Alder wood or it can be custom waxed by us!

This striking design offers a raised metal beam for a beautiful weaving area. Each of the metal braces on the underside of the loom have small rubber ‘stoppers’ that not only protect the top of your work surface, but also help to prevent the loom from slipping as you weave. The Presto also includes a new Warp Helper Loop which provides perfect stability between the heddle and the dowel rod while warping the loom. This simple addition acts as an extra set of hands, making the warping process a breeze. The Presto features the same metal ratchet and pawl with corresponding rare earth magnets which provide incredibly secure tension locking abilities.

Like to take your loom with you when you go? You’ll love the way this breaks down for travel. Simply remove the beams and the braces, rotate the heddle blocks and “presto!”, you have a flat loom that is easy to transport. Each loom package includes the loom and everything you need to begin weaving right away.
